BOOKINGS – We require full payment to confirm a booking, as reserving a pitch for you (i.e. you are paying us to reserve that pitch for you for your benefit and to our detriment of us not being able to reserve it for somebody else).
PITCH FEES – Payment of your pitch fees constitutes to accepting these conditions.
CANCELLATIONS – will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee from the total charge of your stay. We will, if not a last-minute cancellation, try if possible, to transfer your booking to a later date.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
REFUNDS – cannot be given to customers that depart prior to the end of a booked holiday for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. We recommend you take holiday insurance to cover any loss of holidays that may occur.
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS must be confirmed with a deposit within 24 hoursor we shall assume that it has been cancelled.
ARRIVALS – Touring pitches are available from 2p.m. on day of arrival. If you fail to arrive on your booking date and do not contact us, the booking will automatically be cancelled, and the pitch re-let.
DEPARTURES – Touring pitches must be vacated by 11a.m. at the latest on morning of departure or an extra night stay will be charged. It may be possible to stay later if the pitch is not pre-booked. This may only be permitted by checking with reception first.
REQUESTS – Whilst every effort will be made to meet requirements for particular touring pitches, no guarantee can be given especially during High Season. We will not reserve specific pitches for bookings of less than 7 nights during High Season.
ELECTRIC HOOK-UPS – Due to the soaring prices of electricity, all hook-ups have meters. Top-ups of electricity meters will be available at the site office/farmhouse CASH PAYMENTS ONLY. Electricity will be sold to you at the price that we pay for it.
We feel this is a fairer system than blanket price increases, since it results in customers paying ONLY for what they use. Any un-used credit will be refunded in cash at the end of your stay.
DAY VISITORS – vehicles are to be parked in the designated area.
FAMILY SITE – We cater for families and couples, no groups.
SPEED LIMIT – Please observe a 5mph speed limit within the site.
PRICES – We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a holiday booked where its guests have failed to disclose all material fact as required on booking. Also right are reserved to terminate the visit of any person or parties whose conduct is unacceptable or detrimental to the site. NO REFUNDS will be given.
The site and its employees are absolved from all liability for accidents to caravans/tents and campers and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
DOGS must always be kept on a short lead and under control at all times. Fouling (on the site or in the field leading down to the beach) must always be cleared up.
NOISE – Please respect other customers using the park by keeping noise to a minimum between 10.00p.m. and 8 a.m. All children to be off playing area by 10p.m. and in caravans/motorhomes.
BARBECUES – No open fires are to be made on site; barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
FIRE – Emergency fire extinguishers are located in the red fire boxes. In case of fire in your unit, evacuate immediately to a safe distance and raise the alarm.
BIKES – Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and the use of bicycles, skateboards, scooters and other recreational games are entirely at the owner’s risk.
KITE flying is prohibited on site because of overhead lines.
SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN – a Parent or Guardian must accompany their children when visiting the toilet or when using the outdoor play areas to ensure their children’s safety and regulate their behaviour.
